In these terms and conditions of site use Drivers Jonas Deloitte refers to Deloitte LLP a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales (with registered number OC303675) with its registered office at 2, New Street Square, London, EC4A 3BZ.

Drivers Jonas Deloitte is a trading name of Deloitte LLP.

References in this website to ‘DJ’, ‘Drivers Jonas’ or ‘Drivers Jonas LLP’ refer to Drivers Jonas LLP. Drivers Jonas LLP has ceased trading.

Each of the tools on our site is provided for general guidance only. You should not rely on the tools in making any business or personal decisions and we cannot accept any responsibility for any losses occasioned by the use or mis-use of those tools.

Property Search

MISDESCRIPTION CLAUSE: Drivers Jonas Deloitte for themselves and for the vendors or lessors of the property for whom they act, give notice that: i) the particulars on this website are a general outline only, for the guidance of prospective purchasers or tenants, and do not constitute the whole or any part of an offer or contract; ii) Drivers Jonas Deloitte cannot guarantee the accuracy of any description, dimensions, references to condition, necessary permissions for the use and occupation and other details contained herein and prospective purchasers or tenants must not rely on them as statements of fact or representations and must satisfy themselves as to their accuracy; iii) rents quoted in such particulars may be subject to VAT in addition; iv) Drivers Jonas Deloitte will not be liable, in negligence or otherwise, for any loss arising from the use of such particulars; v) the reference to any plant, machinery, equipment, services, fixtures and fittings at the property shall not constitute a representation (unless otherwise stated) as to its state or condition or that it is capable of fulfilling its intended function. Prospective purchasers/tenants should satisfy themselves as to the fitness of such items for their requirements; vi) no partner or employee of Drivers Jonas Deloitte has any authority to make or give any representation or warranty or enter into any contract whatever in relation to the property in question.

LookOut terms and conditions

The LookOut service consists of two parts:

  • - The DIY tool accessible on www.djdeloitte.co.uk; and
  • - The monthly update emails.

Both are covered by the following terms and conditions.

Drivers Jonas Deloitte own the copyright of the material published within LookOut. Our status as the authors of the material within LookOut should always be acknowledged. The material from LookOut may only be used for personal reference and may not be resold. If Drivers Jonas Deloitte [referred to as ‘we’ from now on] believe the copyright may be infringed we reserve the right to withhold the use of the service.

The information that forms the basis of the email service is reviewed on a monthly basis and is to the best of our knowledge correct. It contains the information that is made available to us by local planning authorities. Facts have been rigorously checked, but we cannot accept liability for any loss caused by the use or misuse of this information.

It is the responsibility of the client to:

  • - Check they are in receipt of the monthly email update;
  • - Inform us of any delivery failure once the 7 day period has lapsed;
  • - Inform us of a change in their email address(es); and
  • - Inform us of a change in their plan selections in writing.

Once the fee basis has been accepted in writing by the client, you will receive an update of all the selected plans as they are contained in our database on that day. Thereafter, the update will only be sent out within the first 7 days of the start of each calendar month to the email address(es) provided by the client, unless anything unforeseen occurs when we will use our best endeavours to inform you.

Privacy policy

This policy sets out the basis on which your personal data will be processed by us. For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 ("the Act") the data controller is Deloitte LLP of 2 New Street Square, London, EC4A 3BZ.

Information collected

We collect the following data from you:

  • - Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site. This includes information provided at the time of registration or at the time of posting material or requesting further services.
  • - Information about your computer including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type.
  • - Information about your internet usage obtained using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer.

Uses made of the information

We use information held about you in the following ways:

  • - to ensure that content from our website is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer.
  • - to provide you with information and services that you have requested from us.
