Key clients include RBS, Unilever, British Land, Unicredit, F&C Reit, Morgan Stanley, ING, Tishman Speyer, Hines and Simmons & Simmons.
Matthew was part of the team that advised the MSREF Songbird consortium on their acquisition of Canary Wharf plc, the UK’s largest ever property transaction.
In addition, Matthew is the author of the well-known London Crane Survey, the most accurate research on the office development pipeline throughout Central London.
