Design and construction of a football stadium on a redundant colliery site close to the City Centre.
The stadium bowl seats 42,000 spectators in comfort and safety. Extensive hospitality facilities are included with in excess of 2,000 executive packages on match days.

Our Role
As project managers for Sunderland AFC, we prepared the design brief, directed the design development, obtained planning consent, obtained tenders, and monitored construction on site.
Achievements
A stadium delivered for a challenging budget and to a tight time scale.
