In Spring 2009 our Agency team commissioned an independent market research company to interview 100 occupiers in Birmingham city centre. We wanted to find out why they are located in the city centre. What do they like and dislike about the area? Are they here to stay, or do they plan to move to an emerging location such as Eastside or further afield? What are their views on other key towns and cities in the Midlands; and to what extent, if at all, are they feeling the impact of the current economic conditions?
