All of the 30,000 seats have unobstructed views of the pitch and are protected from the weather.
Extensive refreshment and executive facilities are also incorporated. The north west and south west corners have since been constructed adding 4,000 seats, hospitality lounges, executive boxes and superstore.
Project Value
£14 million
Our Role
As the Football Club's project managers we identified the Club's requirements, obtained planning consent and approval from the Football Authorities.
A Design and Build form of contract was selected to satisfy the employer's requirements at a competitive price.
The stadium was completed in 42 weeks.
We have subsequently managed the development of the corner expansion contract.
Achievements
Delivery of the stadium within budget and to a challenging programme.
